PART II | PRIVACY POLICY
13. Commitment to Privacy
STUDIA respects the privacy of Website visitors and seeks to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information that may be collected, why that information is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to visitors.
14. Information Collected Through the Website
When visitors interact with ASK JULES, their messages and relevant conversation context are processed to generate responses. STUDIA does not automatically archive complete ASK JULES conversation transcripts in its website content management system.
Visitors may separately choose to submit messages to STUDIA through an explicit communication process, as described in Section 17.
15. How Information Is Used
STUDIA uses information collected through the Website for legitimate operational and business purposes, including operating, securing, and maintaining the Website; responding to inquiries and visitor communications; providing requested information or services; understanding Website engagement; evaluating and improving Website functionality; and coordinating client or business relationships.
STUDIA may also use information to investigate technical issues, prevent misuse, maintain appropriate records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information voluntarily submitted through Website forms or communications is used in connection with the purpose for which it was supplied and other compatible business purposes permitted by law.
16. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technologies
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies provided by Wix and other authorized service providers.
These technologies may support essential Website functionality, security, visitor sessions, performance measurement, and analytics.
Where required by applicable law, visitors will be provided with appropriate information and choices regarding nonessential cookies or similar tracking technologies.
Visitors may also manage certain browser-based tracking preferences through their browser settings.
Disabling some technologies may affect particular Website features.
17. ASK JULES | AI Personal Agent and Conversation Privacy
ASK JULES is STUDIA's AI Personal Agent, a custom conversational experience integrated into the Website.
It combines OpenAI technology with STUDIA's approved knowledge, custom programming, and website functionality to support natural visitor conversations.
Conversation Processing
When a visitor uses ASK JULES, their questions and relevant conversation context are processed to produce appropriate AI-generated responses.
Conversation context may be maintained during an active interaction so ASK JULES can understand follow-up questions and respond naturally.
STUDIA does not automatically record or archive complete ASK JULES conversations in its Wix content management system.
The absence of a STUDIA-maintained conversation archive does not mean that no information is processed or temporarily retained by the technology providers involved in delivering the service.
AI Processing Through OpenAI
To generate responses, ASK JULES sends visitor-submitted questions and relevant conversational context to OpenAI through its API.
Depending on the question, the AI system may also use available research and web-search functionality to retrieve current public information.
STUDIA uses API settings intended to limit unnecessary storage of generated responses within the AI application service. However, OpenAI may separately process and retain information according to its applicable service terms, security practices, and data retention policies.
Use of OpenAI technology does not mean that visitors are communicating through an independent ChatGPT account.
Voluntary Personal Information
Visitors may voluntarily provide their names, organizations, email addresses, or other details during an ASK JULES conversation.
Providing personal contact information is not required to ask ordinary questions.
Visitor-Requested Messages to STUDIA
When a visitor specifically requests that ASK JULES deliver a message to STUDIA, the system may request the visitor's name and message, together with optional contact information.
The visitor is asked to confirm the message before it is submitted.
Information intentionally submitted through this process may be transmitted to STUDIA through its configured communication systems and maintained as a business communication.
This process is separate from ASK JULES's ordinary conversational experience and does not involve automatic archiving of the entire conversation.
Sensitive Information
Visitors should not submit passwords, account numbers, payment information, medical information, confidential business records, or other highly sensitive personal information through ASK JULES.
Conversation Retention and Service Records
STUDIA does not maintain an automatic archive of complete ASK JULES conversation transcripts in its designated Wix CMS collection.
Information may nevertheless be processed or retained temporarily through active browser sessions, website infrastructure, security or diagnostic systems, and third-party AI services.
These systems may maintain operational information according to their technical requirements, applicable service agreements, retention practices, and legal obligations.
Messages intentionally submitted to STUDIA, including visitor-requested communications, may be retained under the agency's ordinary business communication practices.
Privacy and Access
STUDIA does not make private visitor communications publicly available or sell ASK JULES conversation transcripts.
Access to intentionally submitted communications and applicable operational records is limited according to the agency's administrative and technical controls.
18. Sharing Information With Service Providers
STUDIA may share information with trusted service providers when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve the Website and its features.
These providers may include website hosting and content management providers, AI technology services, email and communication services, analytics providers, consent management services, and other technical service providers.
Such providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services and subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
STUDIA may also disclose information when required by applicable law, lawful legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, or the integrity of its systems.
STUDIA does not sell ASK JULES conversation transcripts.
19. Information Retention
Information collected through the Website may be retained for periods appropriate to its purpose, subject to applicable law.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record, the reason it was collected, the applicable business relationship, and any legal, contractual, or security requirements.
STUDIA does not automatically archive complete ASK JULES conversation transcripts in its Wix CMS.
Information contained in business inquiries, visitor-requested messages, client communications, contact records, or other operational systems may be retained for periods consistent with the purposes for which that information is maintained.
Third-party service providers may independently process or retain certain technical and operational information in accordance with their applicable policies and contractual obligations.
20. Information Security
STUDIA uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect Website information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
ASK JULES incorporates signed conversation sessions, private backend processing, and controlled access to its supporting systems.
The system is configured not to automatically save complete conversation transcripts to STUDIA's website CMS.
Visitor-requested communications and other information intentionally submitted to STUDIA are managed through the agency's applicable website and communication systems.
While STUDIA takes reasonable measures to protect information, no internet-based system, digital transmission, or storage environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
21. Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law and the visitor's location, individuals may have rights concerning personal information maintained by STUDIA, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other legally recognized privacy choices.
Requests will be considered in accordance with applicable laws and any relevant exceptions.
Visitors wishing to inquire about personal information, submit a privacy request, or raise a concern about the Website's information practices may contact:
info@studiaagency.com
STUDIA may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate applicable records before responding to certain requests.
22. Children's Privacy
The Website is intended primarily for general audiences interested in STUDIA's creative work and professional services.
ASK JULES is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children under 13.
STUDIA does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 without any authorization required by applicable law.
If STUDIA becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 was collected in circumstances requiring its removal, STUDIA will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
23. International Visitors
The Website may be accessed by visitors outside the United States.
Information submitted through the Website may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where STUDIA's service providers maintain operations.
Where applicable privacy laws provide additional protections, STUDIA will address those requirements in accordance with its legal obligations.
24. Changes to This Policy
STUDIA may update these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy as its operations, services, technologies, and legal obligations evolve.
Updates will be reflected on the Website, together with a revised effective or modification date.
Continued use of the Website following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes to personal information practices will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
